When do I get my tax receipt?

For one-time donations

Online Donations: You will receive a confirmation email with a PDF tax receipt within one hour of donating.
Mail Donations: These are processed within a few weeks of receipt. Allow 1–2 weeks for mail delivery.

For monthly donations

A consolidated tax receipt for all monthly contributions will be issued in February for the previous tax year.
Paper receipts are mailed, and e-receipts are emailed by February 15.

For donations of stocks and securities

These donations may not include contact details. Please email your name, address, and stock details to donorservices@platform-bangladesh.org for acknowledgment and tax documentation.
